    Managing Director

    I am the founder and Managing Director at MAPS. I focus on valuations, and acquisitions and disposals of educational, religious, and institutional property, advising operators, charities, investors and private clients.

    My career spans 20 years. I have a solid pedigree, having cut my teeth at Knight Frank and then consolidated my technical skills at Gerald Eve.

    Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (part of the 3.6% club of female Fellows!)

    I have expertise in fund management, credit underwriting, and property lending having held senior roles at various financial institutions.

    Key achievements include creating Debt Advisory platforms, developing market-leading software for property debt analysis, and managing complex debt and equity refinance processes.

    I have a strong background in all asset classes and a proven track record in product design, structuring and change management, along with a strong network of industry relationships.

    I'm a Chartered Surveyor with decades of experience in asset and project management.

    Affable and effective in challenging situations, I've served on multiple property company boards and spent five years at Baker Tilly securing lending solutions for UK and international banks. My career began at Matthews & Goodman, followed by senior roles in property firms and the private equity house Delancey.

    For 16 years, I was Property Director at Alpha Plus Group, overseeing a portfolio of 20 private schools and colleges.

    I bring expertise in acquisitions, lease negotiations, valuations, planning gain, governance, operations, budgeting, capex, maintenance, rating, and building surveying—offering the full scope of asset management services.

  • Alex Stanford-Tuck MRICS
    Consultant

    I am a Chartered Surveyor with decades of experience in advising owners and occupiers of education and charity property. I have a robust understanding of user requirements and how property can be repositioned to other commercial or residential uses.

    My experience in completing numerous education business sales has given me a strong understanding of the corporate legal process, plus the creativity and tenacity required to ease transactions through to successful completions.

    I am extremely diligent with a close eye for detail, in particular the legal and planning aspects of property which impact value. Morgan said my report writing is even better than hers..!

  • Catherine Potts MRICS
    Consultant

    I am a Chartered Surveyor specialising in trading-related valuations and investment advice. I work with a wide range of clients, including operators, investors, property companies, and private equity firms, with particular expertise in the education and healthcare sectors.

    My career includes roles in specialist Operational Real Estate teams at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, amongst others. This experience has given me strong sector knowledge, allowing me to analyse financial accounts and projections, and to comment on detailed forecasts and cashflow models that support robust valuations and investor due diligence.

    I bring a deep understanding of these complex and highly specialised sectors, enabling me to provide informed advice and deliver the best possible outcomes for my clients.

    Before moving into debt advisory around six years ago, I built a strong lending career with two leading high street banks, supporting corporate real estate clients and several fund management platforms.
